How can a multinational wholesaler inspire talent
to make an impact?
METRO is a leading international wholesaler operating in more than 30 countries worldwide. Beyond competitive pressure on the job market,
the company is struggling with a lack of brand awareness due to fragmented communication.
How can we unify METROs positioning as an employer and at the same time inspire talents
to join? We created a modular employer branding toolbox and empowered the different markets to use it. In this way we shaped and standardised metro's employee communication worldwide.
My role in the project
Design-lead. Guidance and leadership of design teams, both in the conception phase and in the realisation and further development of the employer brand.
